Cards must be given to someone who has never been to Polkadots and used on their first Polkadots purchase. Your friend must then return the card backto you in order for you to receive $5 store credit.  Up to (3) cards may be redeemed per purchase/day. Cards cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. Cards cannot be given to a customer currently in the store even if it is their first time. Polkadots reserves the right to ask for identification when redeeming a card as a first time visitor.
