*We are in immediate need of Children's Clothes, footwear for the entire family, handbags, baby gear, and toys.

1. Read & follow this 'make money' page in it's entirety.

2. Send us an email with pictures of any "non-clothing" items you'd like to bring in for us to review. Include pics of shoes & outerwear please. Individual pictures are not necessary, group pictures are perfect! If you have clothing, please let us know what gender, size range, brands, and approx how many pieces you have (no need to itemize each clothing item) . Please include your name/phone #/drop off availabilty in your email.

3. Once you hear back from us, pack up your items in 18 gal or smaller plastic containers with lids that close tightly. We will not be able to accept them any other way. We will confirm a date/time for you to drop off.

  • you have luxury / high $ designer items

  • you want to earn 40%-50% of the selling price as items sell

  • you have shoes/handbags/home/other goods that we'll price at $10 or higher

  • you want to be able to cash out your account balance at any time or leave it to use as store credit

  • you want to get back any items that don't sell

Not interested in bringing anything back home? 

Keep your house free of unwanted stuff and help your local community by choosing the donation option at check-in!  If donation option is chosen, all items Polkadots cannot purchase or consign will be donated autotmatically to one of the wonderful local charities listed here.

**This option is not availble to 1st timers. We want you to have a chance to see what we pass on & what we keep, in order to give you the best idea of what we buy!

We cannot stress this enough:

We are not able to accept items that do not follow the

rules below. The better you follow these rules, the

better your experience (and payout!) will be.

Checklist

Clean & freshly launder all items 

We will not accept items that are dirty or wrinkled, or that have holes, stains, wear & tear, scratches, marks, odors, pet/human hair, lint, etc.

 

Pack neatly in boxes/bins with lids or that close - no larger than 20gal. size

No items on hangers allowed, & do not use: bags of any kind, suitcases, laundry hampers, etc. Containers must be a manageable size to lift/move.  If you plan on donating the items we cannot use, we recommend using boxes, otherwise your containers will be donated as well.

 

Do not bring garage sale leftovers

 

Approved brands & current styles & fashion within the past five years 

 

Check all items for recall

 

Secure all extra pieces/parts in ziplock bags 

Don't bring missing, broken, non-working items, or items with separate pieces unless they are secured or contained with the item

 

Include batteries & cords so staff can test & confirm all electronic items are working

 

Limit clothing items to 100pcs or less per drop off, or per guidelines noted w/ avail. date

 

Check availability (noted at top of this page) before bringing your items to the store
